The staff was very friendly, food was great, however suggest to have more fresh fruits and pudding, overall awesome stay, too bad private pool in the room only active in the evening, suggest to also provide in the morning.

Nice place to stay, comfort, luxury, clean. Konsep japanese nya dapet, bener-bener all out sampai ke menu breakfast pun ala2 jepang. Kekurangannya hanya banyak lalat di area restaurant, mungkin krn konsepnya open dining room. More or less will coming back again to stay in here

Curious with this place since some years back and finally going here. Good place if you want to experience Japan feels and views. The room is good. Booked 1 villa with 2 bedrooms. They give enough amenities for 4 peoples. And 1 private onsen that you need to ask the staff to fill it. Minus in the room, at night, we can also hear the Vehicles sounds outside. The services should be improve thou, we asked reschedule for the onsen 30 minutes before the new time, but in the end it's filled in the previous schedule. Also we need to wait for quite a long time to be pick up by the golf car as they only have 2 car and only 1 car active in the morning. The breakfast also quite vary, but they need to improved for the sushi filling and also to actively Refill the empty food as it's still one hours before the end of breakfast time. Suggest to revised the map location point, as we get lost and need to Turn around and it's quite far and Uphill. Search for the Street name instead of the onsen point map location. But overall it's a good place to spend over the night.

Penginapan yang sangat sejuk dan asri.

One of the best resorts for healing our body and mind. The ambience was great for my family. Especially the spa pool at night, its sulphuric water cures our aches and pains.

Super clean, breakfast delicious, and the staff really friendly too. So far its really great experience to stay here. Thank you.
