Sangat berkesan menginap di The Rinra, reservasi dan fda bernama vani (kalau saya tidak salah) sangat ramah, memperhatikan setiap request dari tamu. Menu breakfast juga bervariasi. Pool attendant sangat sigap untuk para tamu yang tidak menggunakan baju berenang, itu sangat baik untuk menjaga dan merawat kolam renang. Hanya saja parkiran untuk pengguna motor lumayan jauh dan tidak ada atap atau tempat seperti di basement, jadi lebih beresiko apabila cuaca hujan.
