Pengalaman saya dan keluarga menginap 4 malam di wyndham hotel opi saat eid fitr public holidays. Saya pesan connecting room, dapat nomor 812&816 namun bsknya minta pindah room karena kamar mandi di 816 tidak ada sekat, jd basah semua setelah mandi. Dipindahkan ke 226&228 semuanya aman. Kamar nyaman hanya saja karna lantai 2 ada pool dan soundproofing kamar tidak terlalu bagus jd saya lumayan terganggu. Interior kamar sangat bagus namun sudah banyak wallpaper yg rusak, padahal wyndham opi ini itungannya hotel baru, lalu karna lokasinya di jakabaring, jd lumayan jauh dengan pusat kami selalu in room dining, dan bisa saya katakan rasa makanan disini tidak enak😢 honestly, they could do better than this. Price disini standard hotel mahal, sama spt di jkt. Oxtail soup 180rb pizza 225rb namun yg dipermasalahkan disini adalah rasanya yg tidak flavorful. Tidak terlalu enak namun bearable bisa dimakan, karna kami lapar juga kan hehe. Banyak menu yg sudah kita coba dan yg lumayan enak itu di nasi goreng kampung dan iga bakar. Sebenarnya pizza juga enak tp kurang terasa bumbu, tomyum kurang asam, spring roll enak cuma dippin saucenya kureng bgt. Dan breakfast disini juga sama rasanya. Kurang enak. Semoga dengan ini pihak hotel bisa memperbaiki rasa makananya, karna sayang sekali hotelnya bagus masa makananya kurang enak?. Oh iya yg sangat membekas disaya dan keluarga adalah pelayanan staff disini yg harus diancungi jempol. Dari staff, housekeeper, bellboy security semuanya sangat ramah, baik dan helpful. Saya dan keluarga kalo ke palembang pasti akan menginap disini lagi bukan karena makanannya tp karna kebaikan dan keramahan staff nya👍🏻

Inadequate number of staff … customers are not satisfactorily serviced. Needs more than 30 minutes for bellboy to deliver checked-in luggage.
