The best hotel in Shin-Osaka. Close with Lawson and Train station. The hotel staff can speak english and always very helfull when I ask for new towels or even changed a bed cover. Very highly recommended.

Best hotel I've ever stayed in from all my 5 trips in Japan. Pretty big room size with nice facility and services. Good location, right next to Shin-Osaka Shinkansen station. The staffs can speak English. Easy check in and out process through machine. I would come stay here again next trip.

The location is excellent, as can take direct express train to Kansai airport. And the receptionist was friendly and helpful.

Really satisfied with this hotel. The location is quite near from Shin-Osaka Station. You can look the hotel signage from the station’s elevator. It also provided the pyjamas. And love the cleanliness and the politeness of the staff. Very recommended!

The best hotel you could find in Osaka. Near Shin-Osaka Station (5-10 mins walk), connected for Shinkansen. There is a mall at Shin-Osaka so you can just buy anything you needed there. Surrounded by minimarts and restaurants. English speaking staffs. Clean room. Appropriate room size. Good price. Will definitely come back!

Hotel is brand new, close to Shin Osaka Station. We booked a triple room and very satisfied with the hotel and the services. Really appreciate the hotel staff for finding lost item and sending it to us. 5 stars hotel with 5 stars staffs and services!!
