The staff gave us wrong room but she acted as if that ' s our fault. The room was dark, unclean, and smell of cigarette.

The hotel is nice but got construction which you need to use back door to enter. Very near to 24hrs self service laundry, famous Sarawak chick rice shop (SCR), 24hrs convenience store, MacD & Maybank. Also, can walk to Waterfront & cross other side via traditional perahu taxi.

Recommended. However it ' s just that I don't like the unnecessary window which face the storeroom instead of the real view 😆.

There is a hole, I covered with tissue to prevent in case “something” move it. in the early morning there is really really something try to move it😱 something pull the tissue, I was shock and try to make the noise near the hole and “that unknown thing” disappears. I ask to move to another room. They agree. This place didn't provide toothpaste/toothbrush, because the male staff said “that's why this is budget room” 😁. The lady staff was so nice. Car park available. Really close to everything that you need in the heart of kuching. Near lot food court. There a 24 hour self laundry. If you really have a really low budget this one is ok. 👌 I want to say “maybe can make some improvement "but maybe I will hear “that's why this is budget stay”.🙄

Room was awful. No window and no ventilation at all. Smell so bad! I'm ok with small room and limited or simple shower even ok with shared bathroom but smell So bad. so not clean. wall looks so dirty there re animal nest. fungus here and there. and no elevator! should refer the place as hostel instead of hotel with so poor facility.
