Very old hotel but after upgrading is look nice, need to improve the air-con, breakfast is good enough for a 3 star hotel, location is good, overall 4 star rating.

The staff doesn't take longer time to serve you. Only 1 lift can go to car park. For safety reason I guess.

I had a wonderful stay here, the hotel staff and receptionist are wonderful, they are very cute, my room is always clean after returning. I would like to thank Rajes - the receptionist who assisted me so much, she was so lovely.

Very worst hotel. Water coming in washrooms are yellow in color, aircon not working, staff very inappropriate behavior and making comments on us, Full of dust and rust on the beds sheets. Coffee and tea packets given but no kettle given. Need to wait for an hour to get it. Overall very very bad experience and worst hotel.

The stay here is highly recommended and anyone looking for breakfast buffet, this is the place to stay. Definitely coming back πŸ‘ŒπŸ‘πŸ˜.

While the whole room is spacious, but the furniture and carpet is very old and worn out. Bathtub is for display only as there is no water stopper provided. Bedsheet and pillow cover is old as well. Only 4 TV channels available and is not clear at all

I got some special request in the booking but on the day I check in no response for that request. The bathroom and water not clean. No provide towels and they wait for I call and asked then only send to room. The fuses were not working, just two are working. Overall so bad and worst experience for me, stay in regalpark hotel. In future please repair and check everything before customer check in. I will not recommend to anyone.
