Room was good. There is no bathtub even though on the apps saying there is bathtub in the room that I booked. As a 5 star hotel, I prefer liquid soap instead of bar soap for the toiletries.

I had a great stay here. Had some problems in the beginning of the stay tho. The room we get didn't provide bathtub as in the photos shown. And we asked to move to other room as described, and waited so that I can rest, they did moved us, to another room. However the room still has no bathtub, till we had to move for the third times. But the staff that helped us was very hospitable and nice. So all are good.

It's my second time to stay here to feel calm from my routine. Again and again I feel happy. The service is excellent and staffs are really amazing friendly. My partner also told me it's worth to stay here. Thanks a lot Gran Senyiur. See you next time.

When My Wife ask to 1 person for the additional for breakfast cause they were 3 person (My Wife & 1 Son + 1 Daughter) The Servant ask to pay in the restaurant even she hasn't bring some money. My Wife ask to pay at the cashier when we want to check out but they rejected it. It was make my wife so angry. Then they left the restaurant with hungry. I was in a meeting when it happened.
