I was very comfortable staying at the Grand Mercure Lampung hotel. Super friendly service, clean rooms and strategic location. But sorry, the taste of the hotel food is too simple for a 5 star hotel class. You don't really feel the spices in the cooking. Always success for the Grand Mercure Lampung hotel 🙏🏻

Apa artinya hotel dgn bangunan bagus jika pelayanan kamar untuk tamunya"jelek-saja-belum"? Mengecewakan, sangat mengecewakan. Saya reservasi 2 kamar, sejak awal minta bersebelahan. Ketika check in, sekira pukul 13.00, kami dijanjikan begitu. Kami masuk 1 kamar dulu, sembari (katanya) kamar sebelah dibersihkan. Nyatanya? Sampai lewat pukul 16.30, kami masih harus menunggu. Tidak ada inisiatif sama sekali dari manajemen untuk proaktif mengabari kami. Bahkan saat kami beberapa kali bertanya, tidak juga ada kepastian mengenai ketersediaan kamar kedua sesuai pemintaan kami dan yang dijanjikan saat kami check in. Bahkan kemudian kami tahu bahwa kamar di sebelah diberikan kepada tamu lain (yang katanya late check out dan kemudian memutuskan extend). Kok bisa? Kok baru ketahuan sampai sore, tanpa ada pemberitahuan dari pihak hotel? Kok kami baru diberitahu setelah bolak-balik bertanya tanpa kejelasan? Keesokan harinya, sampai sore kamar tidak juga dibersihkan. Padahal sama sekali tidak ada notifikasi ala don't-don't yang saya pasang di depan pintu. Lha kok bisa kamar tidak dirapikan seharian, apalagi lami menginap untuk 2 malam. Beginikah standar pelayanan Grand Mercure? Buruk. Sangat buruk. Sangat buruk. Kasihan bener Bandarlampung kalau hotel ini disebut yg terbaik di kota ini? Padahal menurut saya, pelayanan reservasinya disebut jelek pun belum cukup.

Disappointing and unprofessional hotel mgmt & services. Had to wait until after 5pm (more than 3hrs) for my daughter 's room. Next day, went out for a whole day and when we came back in the afternoon, the room was not cleaned. Breakfast was chaotic, a lot of foods were not refilled. New hotel, so probably need to hire experienced management and conduct extensive trainings for staff to be able to handle a surge of visitors during the holiday season or long weekends. For similar price range, better go to hotels with more experience like Novotel or Sheraton, I think.

Wait long for room key since their system downed. Until we propose them to open manually since we re tired after traveling in fasting month and late afternoon already. New hotel but somehow they re not turn on AC in lobby and coridor of our room floor. Either they re cutting cost on electricity or not function yet. But still they call them selves 5 star hotel.
