This is my second time staying here. The rooms are clean and have a variety of breakfast. The service are good. Also, the staff are friendly and polite. A lot of restaurants nearby this hotel. Never regret staying here.

The hotel is near food stalls and restaurants so we had no issues getting food, friendly hotel staff so helpful with all amenities issues. One thing to mention the hotel room is much smaller than I thought it would be for the price and the ratings.

Fine is fine. But looks old, wastafel hard to use, old TV need to change. The staff also need improvement.

Location is very good. However the hotel decoration has been allowed to run down. The hotel charger is also not suitable for overseas tourists.

Ordered food and drink through a phone call to the hotel 's restaurant then I already waited while thinking my orders would come to my room. While waiting, the hotel 's restaurant staff called me back and she said want to do the "confirmation". Logically, "confirmation" is when we want to ensure or inform the order is unavailable. But the staff called and it turned out the staff called me because they wanted to ask again my orders cause they didn't make note of it when I called to order. I already waited for my orders and they called to ask what my orders were. Super professional! Thanks. I ordered food from outside instead. Besides that, the spots on the towels, bed sheets, and blanket were a bit uncomfortable. The AC is not working well, so it could still feel hot inside the room even though the AC is already on all day.

The staffs are friendly, housekeeping always clean my room and neat, just little dissapointed, first day enter room I found lot of cockroaches and bugs, but it was great overall.
