This is the first time I've stayed at this hotel, my body is itchy, lots of mites on the mattress, lots of hair in the toilet and tissue on the floor, the hotel is scary, the sheets are dirty, there are cockroaches, the bowl is oily like it hasn't been washed, the floor has a lot of sand, the manager is not friendly and snapped,"Hotel sandals look like dirty marks, bathroom is dull, curtains are dusty … my body is red because of mites.

Check-in need to wait and waiting was around 3 hours till get the room, many guests experienced the same experience, even the worst situation. It looks like the room is not worth selling, even the receptionist said the same thing. When I entered the room, the AC was hot, there were no towels and it took several more hours for everything to be sorted, the teapot and glasses were not available, so the condition of the room was very uncomfortable, very dissatisfied! Check-in perlu menunggu sekitar 3 jam sampai mendapatkan kamar, banyak tamu mengalami pengalaman yang sama, bahkan situasi yh lbh buruk, sepertinya kamarnya tidak layak untuk dijual, bahkan resepsionisnya pun mengatakan hal yang sama. Pas masuk kamar, AC panas, tidak ada handuk dan perlu beberapa jam sampai semuanya terkondisi kan, teko dan gelas tidak tersedia, kondisi kamar sangat tidak nyaman, sangat tidak puas!

Kamar tidak terawat dengan baik, suasana kurang nyaman, ruangan semua berbau lembab dan tdk disediakan peralatan minum atau makan. Kami menemukan serangga dan kecoa. Keran shower kmr mandi rusak. Ruangan kmr mandi pada bocor. Lemari tdk bs digunakan. Semoga bisa diperbaiki lagi oleh management hotel.

The family room is long outdated with some items not being able to use. Theres no international plug as well for us to charge our gadgets.

I chose the rather expensive room, Royal Suite, that is. I had problems with the bathtub drainage and the AC. The good news is the engineering person was quick about it and those two problems were solved. That ' s great. But then came something else. The toilet and the sink had quite some leaking so the toilet floor was always wet. And it turned out the bathtub problem wasn't solved after all because now it ' s not draining at all. And for a 1million room price I would expect a better amenities. So my expectations were high, but they weren't fulfilled. Though, the location of the hotel is great, and the room was definitely spacious.
