Happy to stay in Hilton, friendly staffs. It happened that our room AC controller was broken and the room became too cool. Overall, we are happy.

Please be careful with the water available in the rooms. The water is GALON type water which they fill up by themselves and not the best for a sensible stomach. Better you should ask for 600ml bottled water (sealed) then you don't have stomach issues. I did not asked and as a consequence had diarrhea.

Hilton Bandung has great services starting from the right moment you stepped out from your car for checking in, the concierge was fast and excellent also friendly. The front desk staff were so helpful and friendly, and all the staff were so so so friendly and helpful. The room was excellent from a-z. Not exgagerating but I really had a super pleasant stay here. The breakfast was awesome, in room dining was great, the pool was nice (even though the water is cold) but I really enjoyed it, the jiwa spa at this hotel is a must try! I really recommend this Hotel if you guys visit Bandung.

My Wife and son lived there. They felt very comfortable. The service is great and everyone in the hotel was friendly and polite. Very impressed experience in Hilton Bandung.

The pillow is very bad, I took several times stay at that hotel before, never regreted, but on 21 Mar the pillow made me couldn't sleep at all.
