Old a hotel but well maintained, and the room was old but clean. You can still feel some of their excellent feature, especially the soundproof room. They have smoking floors, but they put some air purifiers in places so that it doesn't smell like smoke. The swimming pool was great for a small kid, easy access to the mall, breakfast buffets were great with a lot of options but slow to refill. The staff were great and helpful, and they diligently remind guests to wear masks and maintain health protocol which was really great. Overall a pleasant stay will be happy to come back.

Hotel Ciputra is always on top of our mind when we visit Jakarta; Shopping Mall literally next door is just a plus. Instead, the hospitality and the quick service of their staff that makes us feel at home is our main reason for it. The breakfast served also great! We can see that they working really hard to ensure the guests can dine-in adhered with safe distancing measures. We never regrets staying here, my kid also to become a fan of Hotel Ciputra.

It seems the lighting in this hotel room is quite dim, perhaps adding brighter lights could improve the ambiance and functionality. It looks like the sheets could be improved for better comfort and quality. Upgrading to softer or higher thread count sheets might enhance the overall experience.

I stay in this hotel almost 50 times in 1 year. At 1st all is. OK. Couple month ago. Sooner later the thing start getting spoilt and they dun care. Shower. Carpet smell. Mini bar. Everytime check in sure got something is not done. Why?
