This is not my first staying here, but this time is not satisfying. The bedroom smelled of pesticide and the bathroom smelled of urine. The restaurant cashier is unresponsive, he just only asked for a photo as a member proof from my phone, but there is no discount. What ' s the point of being an Accor member then? The airport transfer service is very useful, the driver is also so helpful and friendly.

The check-in process is pretty short. Good hotel restaurant. Helpful and friendly staff. The lighting in the bedroom is a bit dark, so if we do a business trip and need to work in the bedroom, it is slightly not comfortable. The airport transfer service went pretty well.

Somebody knocked and tried to open our door and the receptionist called us in the morning with no reason and they woke us up.
