Clean, big room, many activity for kids and closed with the Bandung Central City.

Everything was good, but all the facility for kids need to paid, maybe need to consider when we stay have to include all the facility.

Hotel is in very good location and the service was excellence.

Overall the hotel was good, especially the breakfast. They just need to do something more in the maintenance. The paint was fade and even the toilet doesn't working by the time I arrived at the room.

Pengalaman pertama nyoba di hotel ini, karena kami memang senang mencoba2 hotel. Keramahan stafnya luar biasa memang hotel kelas internasional ini, dari awal datang turun dari mobil sampai akhir naik ke mobil untuk pulang stafnya selalu siap membantu. Kamarnya juga luas dan pemandangannya bagus (kami dapat upgrade dari hills view menjadi golf view). Hanya disayangkan kami mendapatkan kasur yang baunya apek seperti bau belum kering, kami sudah mencoba meminta house keeping ganti seprai dan selimut namun baunya tetap ada hingga menempel ke pakaian yang kami gunakan untuk tidur. Namun karena sudah terlalu malam juga kami tiba dan kami sudah terlalu lelah untuk mengurusi hal yang seharusnya tidak seperti ini, jadi yasudahlah. Mungkin untuk masukan kedepannya bisa ditingkatkan lagi kontrolnya, karena saya tau SOP hotel berbintang seperti ini pasti sudah sangat bagus. Untuk breakfastnya, makanannya beragam dan enak2, saya makan di bagian luar tidak panas sama sekali malah enak sekali udaranya.

Staffs are all very friendly and helpful. Room spacious, neat, and super equipped. Most of kids activities still need to pay extra, too bad. They should've made it free, only bouncy castle that was free of charge. Breakfast selection just okay and the taste was just nice.

Best service. We had early check in and late check out for free. My son had a little accident while playing gokart and the medical team came directly and helped my son. He also got so many gifts from the Hotel. Thank you Intercontinental Bandung.

One of the best hotels in Bandung with amazing views and beautiful surroundings, good location and clean air. The room was very nice, spacious and comfortable. Will come back again for sure, with the family ❤.

Me and my fam was pretty satisfied with this hotel, breakfast was really good even on Ramadhan the food choice a bit lesser but overall was great taste, I'm a bit disaoppointed with the front office services I think need to learn more about hospitalities what mean are, she said room not ready and she offer different room was not ordered and maybe downgraded room that really piss me off especially she showed unfriendlyness face, I'm pay for the hotel room not beg to stay there.
