Staff sangat ringan tangan untuk membantu bawa koper. Ke hotel nya agak susah karena harus naik tangga dan eskalator. Karena bentuk hotel nya yang memanjang, jalan ke kamar lumayan jauh. Pilihan makanan cukup tapi ada beberapa makanan yang seperti nya kurang fresh. Kamar nya bersih dan cukup besar. Lemari nya lumayan tua, sebaik nya di perbarui.

If you have an early morning flight, do not hesitate to stay at this hotel. It 's cheaper than the one in Terminal 3. It 's a bit old but it 's obviously well maintained, and the staff is responsive to our needs.

The hotel is located at Soekarno-Hatta Airport Terminal 2, just a short walk to/ from departure gates if you travel via this terminal. Great choice of accommodation since we have to catch early morning flight so we don't have to worry about getting late. The staff are helpful to carry our luggage to our room. They even allow early check in as the room is ready when we arrived. Room is clean and good soundproof, no noise at all from runway outside. Room service available 24 hours and buffet breakfast started at 3am, decent for light meal before boarding the plane.

All the staff were very friendly & accomodating. The room was clean, room service menu has various menu & available 24hrs. Highly recommended.

I stayed here for my early morning flight. I can say this is the best transit hotel since they are located inside Terminal 2 - CGK. They offer breakfast starting at 3am, and they also offer a free shuttle to your terminal! The room was clean and the view was amazing! You can see the planes through your window.

There is free shuttle service 24 hours (depart every 30 mins) that'll pick you up from the hotel to other terminal. The room is spacious and the breakfast they serve is full course even when it ' s 3 AM! Very filling to prepare us catching the early flight.
