The hotel is comfortable, nice and clean. Front office staff very friendly and nice, but the restaurant staff never smile.

Sering banget deh bolak balik ke kimaya slipi! Hotel bintang 4 yang sesuai harga dan kebersihannya, menu breakfastnya mantul (ada plant based menu), akses gratis ke fasilitas gym dan pool, lobby cakep, resepsionis ramah, dan interior kamarnya gak abal2:).

A great staycation, great new year eve dinner, all perfecto. I love the vibe, all employee serve us 100 %. They so into their work do serve all the guest, I can feel the vibe and their smile. Definitely want to come back to this hotel. Great job, happy new year for all the staff, that very hard work to serve all the guest at new year eve, the work even we are in a holiday. Good job, keep like this alway, the room is clean, the food is delicous, all perfecto. Very satisfied.

We came at 15.30 to the hotel but the room was not ready yet. The lady at the front desk told me that they will call us when the room is ready. The sofa in the lobby was full by the other guest, they're waiting for the room. So we looked around to get some place to wait till the room was ready. We found some place to sit by the pool area and this table belongs to the hotel's restaurant I guest. I tried to ask the staff around (public area staff) if we could stay there while we waited for the room and she pleaded with us to stay there. But after a few minutes a waiter came and put a couple of menus on our table and started to take our order. I explained to him that we were just sitting down to wait until our room was ready. But the waiter said that we are not allowed to stay there and sent us away. Doesn't make sense for me because the restaurant and the other tables were empty. After all, by 16.30 my wife tries to ask if the room is ready for reception, and the good thing is my room is ready. My question is why they didn't inform us as soon as the room was ready as they promised. No one asked about our bad check-in experience and of course no one said sorry about this. But our dining experience was great, especially at dinner, the food variety was amazing and the taste was great.

Great, nice and clean Hotel with very strategic location. Very recommended hotel both for vacation and work.
