I stayed for a running event and a short quality time with my daughter. It was weekend and fully booked. However, the staff are all friendly, no feeling being rushed nor impatient with us, the service is fast and full of smile. The room was spacious and clean with good amenities. The breakfast was good with plentiful choice. And bonus, it ' s located in an area packed with restaurant and food stalls, as well as apothecary and minimart.

Handuk kusam sekali dan kotor, dan linen nya jg kusam jd gak nyaman pake Handuk dan tidur nya. Saya pesan makan pun kurang bagus dari rasa dan warna, gorengan seperti pakai minyak yg Sudah hitam.

The hotel was formerly known as santika. But now it is managed by oakwood. It was a great stay there, but we cannot wait until it really turns to be Oakwood which has some (more than one) bedrooms in a unit like we have experienced in other Oakwood hotel apartments. But overall. Our experience as a family staying there. Was fine.

First time staycation after Santika Hotel became Oakwood Hotel. Everything is better, rooms, food and beverages and also services. There was a little bit problem but it already solved perfectly. Thanks Oakwood, will be stay again next time 😍

Stay at hotel but have received no hospitality at all time. Staffs are only talking when we ask something, no greeting. Not worth it to pay with this experience. Even when I'm not asking where the breakfast location, there is no communication upon check in process. Definitely will not coming back.
