The hotel is luxurious and extravagant beyond its price. The staff were very warm and welcoming. The check-in was smooth, so we decided to get the Accor Plus membership. Our room was upgraded to the Suite, which has an amazing view of the city and Gedung Sate. The room is very nice with a modern and luxurious design. The breakfast was very nice, with many kinds of food to choose from. There is also a swimming pool and a fitness center. Overall a must stay place to enjoy Bandung from it's center.

I had very pleasant days in this pullman hotel bandung. The staffs were so friendly, especially Mr. Adit as duty manager, he was so kind and very helpful. The view from our room, which is on 7th floor, were so breathtaking. We can enjoy the city light of bandung while laying around in our bed. The location itself was so amazing, exactly on the central of bandung so we can easily reach all our destinations from here. Totally will suggest this hotel to my relatives and colleagues. Thank you for all the services.

Everything is just perfect. Ambience of the lobby is so lit. The compact room, helpful staffs, good services & delicious foods! It was such an awesome experience! I'll be back soon!

Staffs are helpful. The room is perfect. Except drainage smells from the bathroom, but still manageable. Super expensive but you got all the expectation. Location is perferct.

Check in time: 2 pm. And it'd 4.13 pm still cannot access my room without any explanation and confirmation for our room to be ready. Outrageous service and “clueless” staff. The most “eww” Pullman experience I've ever been experiencing

We love staying in Pullman. Stay here for two days, one night. This was our second time coming here. To make your services more outstanding, Please consider our input to improve your check-in time procedures and make them more efficient. I waited 30 minutes for the other guest to finish and 15 minutes for myself until I got my room card.

In front of the hotel, there is Gashibu where you can have morning walks with bluesky view and Gedung Sate, one historical building icon in Bandung. There were lots of restaurant nearby to experience. Parking area in the basement was very wide. We had 2 nights staycation there. It was tremendously joyful time. Not to forget, there is also swimming pool and kids club provided, even it was not too big. Thank you Pullman Bandung for the hospitality and great services.
