Watee bottle only 1 in a room. When we want to get another bottle, we should pay another bottle. When I make a call, one of staff just hang up my phone. Really bad service.

Quite close to CGK airport and decent for overnight stay before flight. Have shuttle bus to CGK provided by concierge every 30-60 mins.

For 3 star hotels, service is average. Water is not refilled, only the pick up service facility is very good.

All the guests can't get to their room, because of some error. In the middle of the night the security and the desk barged to our room and disturb us. Looks like they made error and they give us wrong room (while the hotel staff is the one who deliver us to said room) but won't apologize and instead rudely awaken us. The room is not as ordered. Cleanliness and location is not good. Not recommended at all.
