Fantastic!! Their hospitality is really awesome! Room is quite big! The interior is superb! I think this is the best and no 1 five stars hotel at Surabaya !! The breakfast is super!! So many variant. But honestly I really appreciated how everybody treat guest really like a king and queen! Definitely come back soonest!

The hotel 's modern and elegant design provided a comfortable and inviting atmosphere throughout my stay. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean, offering stunning views of the city skyline. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night 's sleep. The amenities provided, including the heavenly shower and signature toiletries, added to the luxurious experience. The dining options at the hotel were diverse and delicious, with a range of international cuisines to choose from. Whether it was breakfast at Seasonal Tastes or dinner at one of the specialty restaurants, the food was consistently excellent. The hotel 's facilities, including the fitness center and swimming pool, were top-notch and well-maintained. I particularly enjoyed unwinding at the end of the day with a refreshing swim.
