The only downside is the location and alley you have to walk to inside. Most grabcar and riders won't drop you directly to the hotel. The stairs is not luggage friendly. Wifi is strong and room is spacious.

I stayed at Le Grand, number 8, lane 48, Tran Duy Hung for 3 days: October 31, November 3 and November 5. - Compliment: the hotel is clean - Criticism: 1. If the receptionist meets the uncles and aunts, they are very polite and proper, but if they meet the shift of 2 young men on duty, that's fine. You guys are very impolite, have a sharp attitude, and are ready to glance sideways and vertically if I ask any more questions. The guy wearing glasses on duty at night was stuck on the computer playing games. When my husband asked for a glass of ice, he didn't even look up. While playing the game, he asked "ice? I don't have any." 2. I rented a hotel for 3 days apart because I had to go to Ha Giang and Ninh Binh before returning to Hanoi. When I went to Ha Giang, I left my suitcase at the hotel and said I would come back on November 3. When I met the older receptionist, he didn't say what the fee was. And when I sent my backpack to go to Ninh Binh, I met a young male receptionist who said it would cost 50k/day. When I asked again the other day to send suitcases, I didn't see a fee. You showed a sarcastic attitude and said, "Yes, I didn't charge you the other day, but now I do." Experiences like that make me no longer feel sympathetic towards the hotel even though the hotel is very clean
