Honestly, this hotel wins on location alone, it's close to everywhere. The AC is not cold enough, in the room there is a hanging fan. Can't ask for 2 access cards. The reason is that each room only has 1 card. But the cleaning service can clean it every day. The mattress is not soft, the sheets & pillowcases don't smell good :(.

Old hotel, no elevator, rooms are placed on the 4th floor, very inconvenient to move around, room doors are difficult to close. The hotel does not clean the room, does not change towels, and does not refill daily drinking water for guests. The room was not soundproofed. In the evening, other guests were having a noisy birthday party, not allowing other rooms to sleep.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and enthusiastic. But my room in the air conditioner doesn't work very hot, it's on the top floor. The hotel does not have an elevator

The hotel staff from the top down is very polite, friendly, cheerful and enthusiastic with customers. Bring comfort and peace of mind when staying here. My wife and I went out for a week to gather things here, but we weren't worried at all. Very clean hygiene. Modern airy space, very eye-catching design. Below there is a relaxing sitting cafe, which serves a complimentary breakfast. Wifi each floor has 1 so it is very strong, ok to use. Full television, closet, pre-brushed shampoo shampoo, ... comfort. You can also visit tours and register at the hotel. Tour service is quite ok and quality. I go a bit more expensive but everything on the tour is very satisfied. Do not book cheap tours outside because the tour quality is poor. If you do not believe to put it, but you will lose fun if you go on a coffee truck 4h. In general, my wife and I are very happy here. They are as friendly as family members but the price is very moderate.
