This is a value for money hotel with strategic location and the service very well. The staff is great, communicative, and tell to me about around hanoi. Breakfast is good. Recommend for hanoi trip. Keep excellent

We have been staying in this hotel for 3 days. I'm glad we found this hotel. A home away from home. Staff are more than excellent. I admire the way they work they really love there job. Willing to help you anyway they can. Staff with pleasing personality, clean rooms, delicious food. Duc, Dan & Julia if I can give more than 5 stars I will. They are the ones who shows a good example of an excellent employees. Keep up the good work guys! Hope other hotel staff are just like you willing to go out there way just to make the guest happy & more than satisfied!

I stayed 2 nights at the Vision Premier Hotel, the service was very friendly, I checked in at midnight around 12 o'clock and the receptionist was still waiting for me. For breakfast because I'm Muslim, I was specially made noodles with beef because they know I don't eat anything like that. Provided by the hotel, when I wanted to check out early morning they also prepared bread and coffee for take a way, thank you all, especially the guy whose name I don't know but he really cares about me 👏 over all is good for stay and anything 🤩🥳.

It was a great experience staying in Vision Premier Hotel. I got assisted by a very kind reception named Ms. Lily. She is very nice and super helpful! The place is also walking distance to the Old Quarter. Great hotel, great experience!

This hotel is accessable and quiet enough for stay. The staff very friendly and able to speak English. Almost people in Vietnam who I met can't speak English. Thanks you lily for helping us while we stayed in vision premier.

Asked me to move to another building deep in the alley. Not sure if this happen to other people. Seem like some kind of trick to get booked for higher price. The commodity not worth the price.
