First, check in process is quick like less than 5 minutes. The reception guy really fulfill my request. The room is large, toothbrush is friendly to my gum, not like any other hotels toothbrush. The pool is the best thing during my stay. Is quiet refreshing with best view of menteng/HI area. Definitely my best choice for hotel in downtown.

It is really good hotel, I love the ambiance of the room, the restaurant, the staff are very friendly. And it is really good location, you can walk to the shopping place (sarinah) only 5 mins and you can find many street food around.

Ketika mau merubah twin bed ke single bed. Dikenakan biaya tambahan oleh oknum. Dengan alasan harga lebih mahal yg single bed.

Room and service was nice, unfortunately even though we specifically request non smoking room, when we check in the only available room is the smoking one.

I feel like the service definitely could be improved, but yeah I understand that the price for the hotel wass not that expensive. But really the service surely could be improved.

My first stay in this hotel. Room is clean and spaces. Breakfast variety menu is awesome. Friendly staff always smile. AC room is excellent. However, the shower water pressure need some improvement. Overall I had a great stay.
