The Ac is not cold, the guy came to fix and he said it will take 10 mins to get it cold. I waited but still hot so I decided to move out around 9 pm. The check in and out is not clear.

Room was not clean. Check in process qas awful. I ask picture for check in procedure and he/she just give me a phone number Aqua kiosk at the apartment. And when I ask him, he told me that check in only up to 7 PM.

Self-check in and check-out, but the process is very confusing. No instruction given at all prior arrival and the contact wasn't really available/fast-response. The place looks nothing like the photos. Mattress is very uncomfortable (I think the spring is kind of broken), bed and pillow sheet look like haven't been changed for months; Very dusty. I booked for two-nights, only stayed for one. My bad for not checking the reviews.

I booked 3 rooms for 3 nights and apparently all of those 3 rooms are in a bad condition. Smells everywhere (strong uncomfortable smell and also bad condition of the walls). There is one bathroom door in one room that cannot be closed Overall it is so bad, not recommend for anyone to spend the night there (especially in the room that I booked)

I went to the receptionist at the located building, and the staff suggest me to call the number attached in the receipt. When I call, the girl on the phone told me to go to the shop outside the building and looking for the guy who will give me the key. It said that the room located at A building, but the guy direct me to the B building. I asked why, but the guy only give me short answer, "because that's it". I didn't really mind his rude attitude. After he gave me the key and ask me for ID card, I went to the room by myself. However when I come to the room, it smells smoke. It was so bad. I saw the bed and it doesn't looks like normal, it was bumpy in the middle. So I checked under the bed sheets, and the bed was so dirty. I take a look at the bathroom. The wall was yellow. I didn't check the water and AC. Obviously I can not sleep there. I decide to go out and move to the other hotel. I didn't take photo but surely I won't ever go back there. I was so disappointed. The room's picture that the owner have published at the app totally different with the reality. I put the key at the place and just left. I was too tired to deliver complain directly to the staf.

I think the air conditioner is not working good. I can't sleep because it's too noisy, because it's really near to the train station, and also please watch the cleanliness because the pillow is bad smell for me.
