Everything is awesome. The check-in process was quick (by the way you would be asked 100k for deposit but it's fine). The room was clean, breakfast is delicious and their service and hospitality is very great

Hotel with nice and comfortable rooms, location in the city center, delicious breakfast with many kinds. Suggestion: for the 2nd floor lobby, please provide clear information that the lobby is on the 25th floor of Hermina Tower.

I love their room. I was staying at room 1703. It ' s spacious! They have netflix. I had my breakfast at 7am. Decent breakfast, I don't get it how come they don't serve fruits on their breakfast. But overall all good.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is pretty close to anywhere, especially JIEXPO as I was attending an event there. The room is clean and neat.

We were travelling in a group and rented a mini bus. The mini bus couldn't access to the hotel lobby drop off area and they had to drop us outside. We had to walk uphill and go to level 25 to check in. What kind of hotel is this? Room was luckily clean and pleasant. However they only provide 1 pillow per pax and they will charge you for an extra pillow requested. Breakfast was okay. Not recommended for tourists travelling in groups due to the restricted accessibility.

I don't know why they can't place receptionist in the lobby area, where they have many empty spaces. The irony is that they try to safe bottle water but doesn't count the energy wasted from using elevator twices. One to get to receptionist at floor 25, then moving to guest floor. Services: 5/5. Cleanliness: 4/5. Room amenities: 5/5

The room was amazing. It has wide space and smart TV as well. One more thing I love is their idea of self-refill drinking water using water dispense outside of your room, No need to buy additional water bottle and absolutely safer for the earth.
