Staff was unfriendly, somebody stole my money and nobody helped. Manager didn't even want to call the police cause of the hotel prestige.

Bila akan late check in, bingung tempat resepsionisnya dimana, lift jg hanya berfungsi 1 yg bs pake kartu, kemudian masuk kamar aromanya tdk sedap. Smg pengunjung lain tdk mengalami hal yg sama.

We stayed at bw kemayaoran Hotel for 1 day during my friend 's business trip. It was a nice experience. Comfortable room with responsive & helpful staffs. Breakfast also great, a lot of menus to choose from salads, omelette, rices, porridges, etc 👍.

No complain unless the corridor near restaurant smell not that good. Its quite unpleasant because every guest had to pass that corridor before going up to their room.

Good option to stay if you have plan around jiexpo for > 1 day! Very close with reasonable price. Room was okay, clean, AC works perfectly. Toilet was so-so, the sink in my room didn't work, but overall quiet nice for a short stay. Many gofood options too. Gotta give front desk staffs a 10/10, fast check in & check out process.

I've had 3 staycations here in the past month because I felt comfortable with the service provided to us. Mas Bayu & Mas Andhika who were on duty at the FO really helped us in the check-in process and prepared our suite which was clean, fragrant and with cold AC which made us feel more at home and could rest comfortably. Always successful BW Hotel Kemayoran, improve further in providing more complete facilities and improve the food provided in the restaurant.
