Minta tolong untuk dibukakan akses lift dari lobby ke lantai kamar tidak bisa, kartu yang diberikan memang hanya cuma 1 dan dipakai sebagai power di kamar. Sempat dikonfirmasi juga no kamar dan nama tamu, tapi useless ga ada efek apapun. Tetap tidak dibantu. Jam 22.00, istri sudah istirahat dan diwajibkan untuk turun menjemput ke lobby. Ini luar biasa parah untuk hotel bintang 3 yang salah satu syaratnya wajib menyediakan Concierge staff, yang harusnya bisa membantu tamu, namun ini tidak berfungsi sama sekali. Tidak akan kembali lagi menginap di seluruh grup d'primahotel.

The location is ideally located close to Blok M, which has a variety of food alternatives. The personnel, particularly Mr. Nanda, the receptionist, is very kind and helpful, He graciously set up a room with a street view. The rooms are kept in a clean and orderly manner. Last, Wi-Fi just needs to be improved because it is often a little slow.

The front desk staff was very helpful, my check in process was very quick. My bedroom was so nice, so spacious, with clean linen and bathroom. I also get my writing chair not a make-up chair, so I could bring my laptop to finish my work with fast wifi access also. My check-out process also very quick. I had a most comfortable stay in your hotel. Thanks in million.
