I had a pleasant stay at Fraser Sudirman. The place was terrific, the suite was fancy and spacious, so the room is far better than what I expected. I think the marketing team needs to upload a nicer pictures for these rooms because the current one doesn't really represent the real condition. The suite even has a working space and a washing machine. The kitchen has a full range of cooking utensils. The bedroom was comfy and there was two extra pillows. The bathroom was equipped with a bathtub and a shower. Unfortunately the TV was not a smart one so it was not possible to watch Netflix. My only input is to enforce a stricter health protocol, since I didn't see the staff wearing double masks. And they should check whether the guests has already been vaccinated or not.

Fraser Residence is one of the best hotels I've ever visited. I've been here for 4 times and suffice to say that the place is immaculate with top-notch cleanliness, plus the staff are very graceful and kind. Definitely my go-to hotel. Thank you Frasers 😊.

The 3rd times having staycation with family here, always happy stay here, clean, spacious room and all the staff very helpful, big pool and there ' s also small playground.

The rooms are spacious, comfy and clean. It is nice that they have a private elevator. Too bad we can't use the swimming pool for a super long weekend, but the other facilities are great.

I found this little animal right after I took a long warm bath on the bathtub. I report to receptionist named Lupita. She is very friendly and said that Fraser team will contact me about this accident. However, no one contacted me. It is unfortunate that I have to experience such a horrible event at Hotel/Apartment like Fraser. So please I recommend all travelers to make sure the room that you get is clean.

I spent 1 night at Fraser and it was very enjoyable. I got a super spacious room and my family was very comfortable, especially with the view of Jalan Sudirman and surrounding by skyscrapers. It 's a shame there 's a shortage of cutlery and cooking utensils. But overall I`m very satisfied.

Had my 2nd staycation at Fraser last weekend. It was astonishing, I took the two-bedroom apartment, and I'm lucky to be greeted again by Ms. Lupita. Last week was our few family celebrations - My Sister and bro wedding celebration, my sister in law birthday, and me and my wife's wedding celebration. Ms. Lupita served us so well, from the Check-in process, Silver bird arrangement, and also the late check-out at 12:30 PM. Fraser, you are lucky to have Ms. Lupita!

My 1st trip at Fraser, so much fun, everything was great, from check in, lobby, room, services, really enjoying stay here, spacious unit, private lift, location central city. Easy to go nearby shopping mall GI, Lotte, KunCit. Hope I can stay here again next time. Thanks you Fraser

The room booked for smoking, but when we checked out they charge us 2mio for smoking. We even not smoke inside the room, we smoke at the balcony and we clean the mess tho. Before this, we always book hotel here and the same room also, and that ' s okay to smoke. But today is a disappoint act from hotel.

Thank you to choose our hotel residence as your place to stay in South Jakarta and leave us your review.
After check, found that you have booked our 2 bedroom however there is no request for smoking room prior to arrival. On the day you are arrive, our 2 bedroom smoking was not available anymore. We will definitely provide you a smoking room if there is one available.
Upon check in our front desk agent had inform you regarding the nonsmoking room policy, and you have agree with the term and condition and sign it. And for your information that our nonsmoking room is not allow to smoke at all in any area of the room, including balcony. The fine is apply for us to do re-cleaning of cigarettes smells, in order to keep the next guest comfortable.
