Better than my previous stay experience there. Reception desk was helpful and quick, they have fulfilled all my booking wishes (non smoking, high floor and large bed) plus they gave me room with a nice view as bonus. Bed are in good condition and still like new, I have one of the best sleeping experience there.

The room is nice, spacious too, clean, everything here is complete. Only 1 is uncomfortable. The bed is a bit hard and not comfortable to sleep on. If it's good for everyone, like the receptionist, her smile should be widened a little bit, so it's a little bit sweeter 😊. Thank you for your service. Satisfied basically.

Comfortable: Stayed in room 1200. Nice & modern room design, big windows. Can see the city view, sunset and sunrise. The rooms are still new. Furniture, linens, toilet towels, amenities are all fresh. Get free snacks in the minibar. The parquet/vinyl flooring is comfortable on the feet. Good AC and shower water heater. Good breakfast. Variety of menus according to hotel class. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The drawback is this hotel provides alcohol and is displayed in the restaurant. For Muslim guests or with children, it is less comfortable.
