This is my very first time for staying in this place. Nice place to having some short stay cation. And surprisingly, they didn't serve the mineral water in plastic, they're serving the gallons of water in every floor, which is the first hotel I've been looking for! They already concern about global warming and saving the earth! Well done Hotel 88, Embong Kenongo :)

Staff ramah & byk membantu. Dekat Mall Surabaya Plaza, Alun2 Surabaya, Wisata Kapal Selam. Sarapan Pagi banyak Macam. Kamar Bersih. Tdk kedap suara. Tidak ada Teh/Coffee dikmr. Air Galon ada diluar kmr.

Saya perpanjang 1 hari lagi krn anak saya kaki nya berdarah kena pecahan gelas ketika mau check out. Utk kamar 701 nyaman tapi bau rokok krn ternyata itu lantai smoking. Utk makan pagi, menunya enak & variatif, petugas restoran yg bertugas baik, ramah & sopan. Receptionist di siang hari baik juga bersahabat, nice. Dari lantai 7 bisa lihat pemandangan kota, saat malam bagus. Over all puas di hari kedua.👍☺️

Saya sampai di hotel itu jam 01 dinihari disambut dgn receptionist yg cowok & tidak ramah, saya dpt kmr 301 & 310. Kamar 301 itu bocor krn hujan deras dari sore katanya, ketika saya komplen reception itu judes dan jutek, dia blg ga ada petugas saat itu hanya dia sendirian dan dia ga bisa bersihkan bocoran itu. Jd dia suruh saya pindah ke kamar 701, padahal saat itu saya sudah sangat lelah setelah perjalanan panjang dari jkt dengan bus dan koper kami sudah di bongkar. Dgn seenak jidat dia suruh kami pindah dan bawa sendiri brg kami. Yg paling mengecewakan itu, dia jutek dan tidak ber pengertian. Padahal kamar yg dia berikan bocor, harusnya kan dia bertanggung jawab! Utk yg lainnya ga masalah cuma mlm itu aja, ketemu oknum ga jelas dan bermasalah. Utk pagi sarapan enak, petugas restaurant ramah.

Selalu senang menginap di hotel ini. Semua staffnya baik dan ramah. Minggu lalu, saya nginep di sini booking 2 kamar, trus kontak mobil tertinggal, ketika check in kemarin dan menanyakan ke resepsionis, kontaknya disimpenin dong. Makasih banyak ya. Ya meskipun ada kontak serep juga, tapi alhamdulillah kontaknya ketemu. Saya senang hotel ini terus menerus berbenah. Meskipun hal-hal kecil yang kadang luput diperhatikan, tapi itu gesture yang sangat bagus. Sudah lama juga hotel ini tidak menyediakan air botolan dan menggantinya dengan air mineral yang bisa diisi ulang jadi sangat ramah lingkungan. Sabun di kamar mandi juga dikasih info ingredients nya apa. Kamar seperti biasa juga bersih. Momen sahur juga menyenangkan buat anak-anak karena selalu tersedia menu yang kids bahkan baby friendly. Thank you hotel 88!
