The bathroom drain was clogged so the water was stagnant. The door is hard to lock somehow.

Toilet and bathroom is dirty, they didn't brush it while cleaning, sink didn't clean properly, towel is tear, mirror not wipe. I understand this is hotel is not 5 star but at least room is properly cleaning. Room 210.

When I want to check in people is complaining and check out directly due to room is dirty and very bad as they said. Once I check in it is indeed very not proper the management taking care the room. It is very bad experience to stay in here.

The worst hotel I ever visited. Do not visit this hotel! - The room stinks. - The mirror in the bathroom is broken. - The bathroom is dirty. - There are a lot of mosquitos at night in the room. - The photos in the app are not the same with the reality. - There is no bathtub in the superior room, but the photo in the app shows it. The breakfast is not ready at 7 am despite the breakfast voucher said 06:30 AM to 10:00 AM. The lobby stinks and dirty. They made me a sandwich and a cup of hot tea for the breakfast. Although it was good enough with respect to the taste, it is still the worst hotel I ever visited in my life. Do not visit this hotel. Not worth it!

First time stayed in this hotel, look like an old building and quite. The room bit good cause having a bathtub but for the cleanliness it 's quite unclean for certain point and also the room there are much mosquito and bite me of course I wake up in the middle of the night for slap them! Please get notice this cause it 's very awful.
