All the staff are really helpful. The hotel is really strategic, there are a good restaurants around and near by Mall. Will see you again, Khas! 👍🏼.

Sudah sejak 2017 langganan di hotel ini, tetapi makin hari makin buruk pelayanan dan kondisi hotelnya. Beberapa bulan lalu nginap disini, dapat kamar yang nggak bisa dibuka pake kartu, harus naik turun lapor di respsionis. Diperbaiki, tetap nggak bisa, dan nggak bisa tukar kamar lain. Setiap masuk harus dibukakan sm petugas karena semua kamar katanya fullbooked. Dikira cuma kamar itu aja yang begitu. Kemarin, check in disini lagi karena lokasi strategis. Dapat nomor kamar lain dari sebelumnya, dan lagi-lagi pintu tidak bisa dibuka. Lapor lagi, dan disuruh tunggu hampir sejam tanpa hasil. Setelah hampir 1 jam, kamarnya tetap nggak bisa dibuka even pake kunci manual, akhirnya ditukar kamarnya. Terakhir dan nggak lagi-lagi nginap di hotel ini.

Affordable 3 stars hotel and location is not crowded. Hotel is located near a famous mall in Makassar and can be reached by 5 minutes walk. Need more attention on toilet spray and soap availability but overall is excellent.

Kebersihan perlu di tingkatkan, 1. Handuk udah ga layak dipakai sekelas hotel, bentuk dan warna ga karuan, 2. Bentuk dan warna kesetnya kacau, kaya ga dicuci. Hrusnya udah ga dipake lagi. 3. Sprei ada noda2 ga jelas, warna slimut udah usang, maksih, semoga bisa diperbaiki lebih baik

Its a room for 2 persons but all the amenities only for one. The bathroom in not really clean, we requested non smoking room but is given the smoking room which is very disturbing of the smell.
