the main feature is the spacious room. beds are comfy not to mention the complete in room facilities you get at a very affordable price! there are some fast food restaurants nearby. 15 minutes to gambir station. 24 hours reception and there is a coffee shop which is literally 5 steps away from the front desk. staffs are helpful and friendly.

This hotel used to have the best service. Recently I stayed there again but everything has changed. The mattress was dirty, there were lots of cockroaches on the floor. Even there ' s no towels in the room if I didn't ask for em. No tea maker or even welcome drink.

The receptionist lady was so unfriendly. The room wasn't professionally cleaned and the bathroom is so disgusting. Floor was dusty. Not recommended at all.

the room was okay quite big spacey, but water heater is not working. TV also not working. when we arrived first, we have to ask them to change the dirty mat door. the hanger also full with dust. over all the room only half satisfying

I wonder if toiletry doesn't include tissue? we didn't get tissue in toilet and in our bedroom. pretty small water bottle for 3 stars hotel. and also we got problem with the water, I showered with water bottle cause suddenly the water stops itself and water heater didn't work as well. so sad you should maintenance that all. I am not sure if it was 3 stars hotel
