It 's OK for its price. However, sheets could be cleaner, and on the first night there was a lizard in my room.

Old hotel, not so clean. The only thing that good from this hotel is their staff hospitality. But you can not expect too much from this hotel.

Overall experience was bad! I arrived at the hotel disappointed as I requested for non-smoking room but I got a room with residual smoking odour! Even though it was sprayed but the odour still lingers! If there was no non-smoking room available, should it be mentioned in advance so I can book other hotel instead? The second worse situations are the facilities! My room was badly leaked with water from the ceiling! I had to call them to get another room, luckily someone cancelled, so I got another room-but even that room was also leaked with water from the ceiling, leaking at the bathroom sink and the toilet bowl! Since that was my last night at the hotel, I just had to live with them! Last but not least was the breakfast, the spread was very limited and the space is very constrained. Luckily nearby there are few breakfast options, so I just went outside and had my breakfast. There is another hotel “Ashley” just next to it-I am seriously considering that hotel next time!

It wasn't the best experience yet. The yellowish stain on the upper toilet seat makes me think twice about using it. The room wasn't sound proof enough as the traffic chaos infront of the hotel are very noisy. But the location is very good as there are many food stalls along the Sabang streets.
