"I stayed at MaxOneHotels. Com @ Kota Harapan Indah Bekasi from December 19 to 21, 2023. Overall, the experience was positive, with a few considerations. The room was comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. One notable drawback was the noisy exhaust in the bathroom, which affected the overall tranquility of the stay. It would be great if the hotel could address this issue to enhance the comfort of future guests. Despite this minor inconvenience, the hotel 's location, amenities, and service contributed to a generally pleasant stay. With attention to the bathroom exhaust noise, MaxOneHotels. Com @ Kota Harapan Indah Bekasi has the potential to provide an even more enjoyable experience.

This is the first time I want to check in at a hotel, but the document requested is a family card (KK). Even though I have shown my identity card (KTP). The staffs are very unfriendly and the hotel is noisy. I'm so disappointed with Maxone Hotel Harapan Indah. So, I decided to cancel my stay there because the service was very bad. Bad service ever!

Great hotel, helpful staff, a little small but sufficient and nice room. Car park limited, but security staff very helpful to arrange park around hotel. On weekend, many people use the road in front of hotel for jogging or something like that.

The room is very clean, ambiance is very good to take a rest and the most memorable is all staff super friendly. After I checked out, I need to go to airport and the staff help me to find transportation because there is some problems with my apps. Then I can go to airport on time. Thanks and superb!

On 4 am hot water didn't work, nobody in front desk when I want to complain. Sheet and pillow cover stinky.
