3 Stars Hotels in East Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia

The staffs were very friendly and also accommodating, thank you very much. The exterior and the interior of Hotel Neo El Tari were cleaned and beautiful and I hope, one day I will stay again with my family for holiday.

The Fotos look much better than in real. Everything has seen better times. All seems to be run down a bit. The promoprice was okay and it should not have been more expensive. The Pool area looked a bit dangerous because of nails showing out of the Plastikpanels. We had a lot of problems with the door to the room. They had to repair it three times at least changing the Elektronik.

Good condition and clean a room.

Hopefully the future will be better.

Pouring down with water before midnight, air conditioning blocking. Door not working when we tap they, has to go back downstairs to get manual key. Bathroom floor not clean. There is greasy floor. Needs maintenance. It was gap on the door you could see out side. I did cover with a shirt when I'm in the room. We were move to another room but even worse because wash basin has leaking tap and water running throughout and wet the floor. Sorry I can't suggest anyone to stay but I just want to share my experience.

The hotel is very beautiful and the views from the balcony are stunning. Food from restaurant and breakfast were very good. Only disappointment was the visit to the spa: all over the hotel there was advertising saying 25 percent discount at spa between 11am and 3pm, when I called they said they only open at 5pm (what's the point of advertising this discount then?). Well there was also a 30 percent discount offered for the evening which I also wasn't able to receive because the massage therapist wanted to go home at 7.30 and therefore did let me book only a 1h massage (advertised opening hours for the spa was closing at 11pm). However I would stay at the hotel again, just not using their spa service which is a shame because it is a very nice designed spa.

It was Nice and silent. Room is neat and clean well maintained. Room Service is good. Breakfast is okay.

The staff are friendly and accommodating. But the room was yucky. Its not like 3 stars hotel that I expected.
