The staffs are super sweet and nice. the hotel room and everything are just perfectly complete, shakti hotel is obviously good. What matters most is their smiling service, the receptionists and front liners, all are good... they are super nice and smiley.

Very nice room. Bed is comfortable and the ambience is nice. Only the parking is very expensive and no limit amount.

It 's quite clean, it 's just that when I got out of the elevator in the dimly lit corridor, a mirror was installed, making me surprised to see people 's reflections in the mirror. The atmosphere from the lobby, corridor to the room was dim like a guesthouse class and didn't match the photo in the advertisement. Hopefully things will improve and be successful soon after the main road has been reopened due to the MRT project.

It has dirty room! I got only noodle for breakfast. They don't even want to give me crackers to put on top of my noodle. This is the worst hotel that I've ever visited.

Floor of bathroom so dirty, there ' s no parking available for hotel Free. Must pay for every single hour. Staff is good. But the hotel condition very bad unfortunately. This hotel must be below 3 stars.

I just came back from work trip from out town and decided to take a rest in this hotel. They upgrade my room because I'm late check in. I love the room. Big and comfortable. What I like the most is the AC. So cold. The only thing that bother me is I can't get signal inside the room, so I must connect to hotel wifi.
