Ini pengalaman pertama saya menginap di hotel berbintang Jakarta ternyata pelayanannya cukup bagus. Saat pertama kali check in, hotel saya bocor, dan pihak hotel dengan gercep langsung memperbaiki nya. Namun saat konfirmasi akan extend, nomor resepsionis susah di hubungi, akhirnya langsung saya kebawah untuk menemui beliau.

Overall was a nice staycation. Great food, nice room, but all of that almost ruined by just 1 mistake from 1 person (housekeeping) who barge into my room without anouncement while my wife not wearing hijab and me in the bathroom, and instantly close the door without apologies. You should at least knock. I immediately complain to the front office for this person behaviour. I won't giving bad review just for this mistake, I hope this event will motivate the hotel management to maintain or improve their personnel work ethic towards guests. PS: Thank you for Ms. Front office manager (I'm sorry I forgot the name) who kind enough to meet me when I xhecked out and explain everything. And I hope the person who make the mistake won't be fired, just give him a reminder I think it 's enough. Thank you and I'm sorry for the long review.

The hotel is actually good. Stayed for 2 nights, they let me checked in early since I arrived a bit early. Room is clean, cold and warm water works! The good news is that they provide a free shuttle to JIEXPO which is very convenient! Thank you to Feri for sending me to JIEXPO. Such a nice person he is! Thank you for such a good service!
