The best choice for family, the location is strategic, near the biggest mall in medan. Will be back again if I arrive in medan.

Towel and Floor Rug is not provided in the Hotel upon Check in, I need to call the CS and only they deliver the towel and rug. Water is dripping from the Air Conditioner at the Bed Room. Room entrance door is difficult to be open and closed. Battery for the weight scaler runs out, so scaler also can't be used. Seems so many maintenance & improvement are needed.
