I have a wonderful experience during my 2 nights stay here. Everything just beyond perfect. Their customer complaint handling just spot on! First we planned to stay just for a night, but my daughter loved it here so we decided to spend another night here, we can do many things in this resort because they provide many activities as part of hotel facilities. They provide a tasty blackforest cake as a compliment for my birthday and they surprised me with a cute handcrafted towel as well, which a very thoughtful service they provide during my birthday staycation! Thank you so much, Singhasari. Will surely be back here again very soon 💙

My family and I stayed in this hotel for vacation. The location is nearby from restaurants and cafe. The facilities are very well maintained, no defect. The ambiance is great, the staffs are very friendly, fast response, and helpful. All amenities are complete. Food was great too. They provide many free activities to do around the resort: flying fox, art towel, movie time, etc, my kid enjoyed it so much. We had a great time. Thank you Singhasari. We will surely come back.

Staffs are great. The best ever hospitality. The hotel maintenance needs to be improved and rejuvenated. It works well except the shower drainage.

Really had a good stay here, really recommended for those with child. There are so many kids friendly activities. The staff are nice and friendly, really helpful, especially Pak April, thankyou for helping us in celebrating my sister birthday. The rooms is nice and clean, no complain 😆🙏.

This accommodation is very good. Excellent services from the staffs. The hotel is very clean and has so many public facilities, such as jacuzzi, pool, sports center, etc. The breakfast is excellent but sometimes the soup was not hot enough. Worth every penny I spent here!
