Lantai kamar kotor. Tidak ada handuk, keset dan alas kaki jika tidak diminta. Kamar tidak dibersihkan, meskipun menginap lebih dari 1 malam. Air minum tidak direfill. Saluran air kamar mandi berbau. Shower amenities hanya sampo, tidak ada sabun mandi, sikat gigi dan odol.

Absolutely not coming back to this hotel, don't mention about cleanliness which they don't have, closet was broken, they didn't provide any doormat, the towels are gross and seemed to be used for a long time, also the blanket are pretty much the same, and the staff are not helpful, such a bad experience.

Sebelum booking, kami menelpon hotel untuk menanyakan kamar non-smoking yang tersedia, telpon dilayani oleh Ms. Siti (staff verse yg menjawab telpon) Setelah mendapatkan info dari Ms. Siti, kami booking melalui app, kemudian konfirmasi via telpon kembali untuk mengkonfimasi permintaan kamar, non-smoking room di non-smoking floor dan bukan kamar smoking yang sudah ditreatment. Kamis sekitar jam 21.30, kami sampai hotel, menerima kunci kamar 618. Kamar ini ternyata sangat bau rokok, sedangkan area koridor tidak bau rokok sama sekali. Kami kembali turun menemui resepsionis, minta ganti kamar, dibantu cek kamar 630, kali ini alhamdulillah kamar tidak bau rokok sama sekali. Akhirnya kami bisa mulai istirahat, tapi … ternyata remote TV tidak ada, telpon lagi ke resepsionis. Kemudian remote AC tidak bekerja, kembali kami telpon ke resepsionis, teknisi datang untuk memperbaiki karena ternyata sensor AC-nya lepas 😅. Saya buka bedcover, ada satu helai rambut dan bercak kuning di bed sheet 😓, kami kembali telpon ke resepsionis minta ganti bedsheet. Alhamdulillah staff Verse hotel sangat membantu. Hampir tengah malam, ketika kami bisa mulai beristirahat. Masuk ke kamar mandi, membuka cover toilet, juga ada cairan di dudukan toilet 😭 mau kembali menelpon resepsionis, kami sudah terlalu lelah. Keesokan harinya (Jum'at), kami sampai di hotel sekitar jam 21.30, kartu tidak bisa digunakan, terpaksa kami turun kembali ke lobby. Menurut resepsionis yang menjaga, kunci harus diperbaharui setiap hari, karena lemah. Sampai di kamar, belum ada handuk & keset di kamar mandi, kami telpon resepsionis kembali. Sabtu pagi, kami keliling CRB, sekitar jam 10 sampai di hotel, hal pertama yang kami lakukan memperbaharui kunci di resepsionis baru naik ke kamar. Dan … sampai di kamar, akses kembali ditolak, terpaksa kami turun kembali ke lobby. 😡. Overall: Para Staff (resepsionis, room boy/girl, teknisi) sangat helpful. Kebersihan kamar mandi masih bisa sangat ditingkatkan.

Service pelayanannya sangat baik sekali. Staffnya ramah ramah banget. Tapi. Parkir masih berbayar. Airnya ga anget. Ada 1 nasi jatoh di lantai, semutnya langsung banyak. Gelas kopi ga dicuci, masih ada bekas kopi dan berbau kopi. Lantai kamar berdebu, macem ga disapu atau pel.

Kotor sekali, buruk banget, itu dibersihkan dulu ngga si sebelum dijual, ada rambut di kasur, sama kotoran ngeres, kamar bau toilet bau kencing, lengket, duh siapa mau tidur disana, belum lagi lorong2nya juga kotor sekali, ini parah loh, menjijikan

Dari depan bagus, lobby & resti bagus, tapi dapet kamar kok kaya jadul gitu. Pesen 2 kamar, yg 1 kamar sprei, selimut dan sarung kaya uda lama dan agaj bau rokok. 1 kamar lagi lumayan OK.

No recommended, lantai kotor, toilet berbau, air panas tdk max, no aminitis, di kamar tersedia hanya air mineral, pemanas air tdk ada. Tdk tersedia tea dan kopi, tidak ada handuk, semua baru ada kalo request.
