Zest is a good hotel for transit. This hotel is near Soe-Ta Airport. So you can catch a flight easily. They have some shuttle buses that operate every hour. So you don't have to order a taxi or online car. The room is clean and comfy. But I have some trouble with the air conditioner in my room. Thank God, the staff responded fast and fixed it. They are so polite, friendly, and always put on a smile. I was booking 5 rooms for my teams. They all had a good experience with Zest Hotel. Keep up this good work!

Overall nyaman nginep disini, room bersih, tapi ga kedap suara, klo ada org d koridor jalan ato ngobrol kedengeran banget, trus klo pas jalan d koridor kedengeran juga org d kamar, saluran TV banyak tp ada cahaya yg ganggu dr belakang layar jd kurang nyaman nonton, bed nya nyaman banget, AC dingin meskipun agak berisik, waterheater aman tp saluran nya agak mampet jd klo mandi airnya beleber, amenities dapetnya sikat gigi 1 set aja sama sabun batang, handuk bersih, lokasi strategis k bandara cuma 10mnt & ada shuttle nya juga, breakfast lumayan,.

Nginep buat antisipasi macet karena mudik lebaran idul fitri 2024, alhamdulillah ada free shuttlebus dari hotel ke bandara. Staff front office sangat friendly. Mudahan lain waktu bisa nginep disini lagi kalo ada perjalanan via bandara. Sukses terus buat Zest-Swissbelhotel.
