We got half the normal price from app! Our room had the balcony facing the jungle and the view was breathtaking. This hotel was one of a kind with the picturesque French-influenced design, felt like I was in Europe. The staff was helpful. One small downside was the complimentary breakfast, there weren’t a lot of choices but the food were good. Will definitely come here again!

The room is clean and comfortable. By staying here, you get to go 3 of the fun places that they provided for free. Also, the breakfast included was so variety and delicious. So, it is such a reasonable and worth deal.

The room looked like exactly in the picture, very nice place and there were some activities like zumba and fire performances during night. Overall, our one night stay was satisfied.

The hotel is quite old. The toilet shower was clogged. Overall, the place is boring and not well maintained. There is not much to do, there is only one restaurant to eat. By evening, water bottles are no longer available at 7-11. Pastries sold at a cafe don't look appetizing. To go for a day trip is fine, one-night stay is boring.

The place have not been maintained properly. We booked a Deluxe Room for a night stay. Mr. Anuar Hussein showed us to our room. After a few minutes, we heard a"knocking"sound. We realised that the sound came from the aircon which was dripping. We called reception and was told they will send someone to take a look, After a while, the dripping stopped. So we called the reception again & told her we don't need the maintenance guy to come over already. Then, it started dripping again! So we had no choice but to call reception again. This time she said they'll change us to another room. We were upgraded to a Family Suite. The room was really big with a living area, kitchen and all. There was also a bathtub with a door. However, the door could not be closed properly. There was a sticker cautioning us to be careful of hot water. But when we took a shower, the water was cold and not hot at all! The ambience and scenery were beautiful tho '. & the weather was just nice. Not too hot & not too cold.

The public area is very good. Very suitable for children under the age of 5. The hotel room is a different story from the public area. Based on the room quality, it is far from being a 4-star hotels. Room was dirty, or even almost filthy. The property is not properly maintained. Elevators are more suitable for cargo instead of 4-stars hotel guests. Breakfast is below average, but is highly recommended to get due to the limited options of foods there.

The hotel so big, receptionist that handle the counter are friendly. Nice place, mini France town. Only thing to comment is food, not so tasty. Lot more to improve.
