The hotel is okay in term of amenities. But the style of the room and the furniture ' s are quite old. Need some improvement on that.

Highly recommend because I booked the only available twin bed on apps. But they upgrade to king bed when I arrived. Very helpful staff.

The stay this time was pleasant. Last year I had a room with window facing a wall but this time finally facing the street view of Putrajaya. However, customer service at the front office could be improve. During check out, the lady working at the front office look stern, didn't even smile or make an eye contact at all, she even mumbles her words rushly. I feel that 's not a welcoming behavior.

Dorsett putrajaya is a very strategic located besides perbadanan putrajaya & Masjid Besi. The only concern I have is the gym. I do really hope the management can take a look at the gym equipment. Most of the equipment is broken. Some bench pad is detach from the body.

Stay here during ramadan weekend. Walking distance to the bazar & masjid. Everything is nice and cozy.

Easy & fast check in. They also upgrade us to deluxe room which is bigger & with beautiful view. Breakfast also served early since its ramadhan with many food choices.
