Just average. Expect not much. The air conditioner at my room is not functioning after about 45mins switched on. Call the technician came and checked. I went out for dinner and asked the receptionist to inform me if I have to change room or not. No call received. Upon arrival at my room, noticed air conditioner still not working. Go down and asked and later they told me to change room. New room smaller than previous one and TV got problem at first bfore technician fixed it.

This hotel room newly refurbished, the room it ' s big and clean. Good location just a few minutes walk to waterfront, can have great kolo mee and Sarawak laksa at the shop beside hotel.

I had stay here 4days 3nights during kuching marathon 2023. This hotel was near with padang merdeka and waterfront. So just walk. Only 1 night my room got air conditioner leakage. And I ask counter service to repaired it. The problem solve immediately. So thanks harbour view hotel team. Helpful staff helpful and friendly. Mostly recommended.
