Very nice hotel for vacation. Good beach view. Enough parking lot. In front hotel have a local food court. Nice view from hotel restaurant at evening. Beach behind the hotel by walking distance. Recommended for vacation.

Female receptionist by the name Rin, spoiled the entire holiday mood by being rude to guests right at the start of the entire check in process. And there is smoke although it was booked for non smoking level, their reply was, oh lets spray some air freshener. That is not the point. And don't bother with putting in any addtional requests, they do not do any for you.

Great location, facilities, and breakfast! Our main intention is to stay where beaches and Georgetown are close enough from the hotel, and this is it. Tesco supermarket is within walking distance. Food court is exactly across the hotel, open from 5pm. And, there 's even a nearby restaurant (around Flat Uda) to go for lunch. Bus line is limited, but the 101 is frequent enough. The room facilities are more than enough. Super comfortable to stay in. Cozy bed and linen. Beach view. Best shower! Nice mini fridge. Safety deposit box. An ironing board, helpful. Slight drawback, TV is not connected to internet, or at least YouTube. The hotel facilities are off the top. Small but comfortable fitness room. Cool open-air Swimming Pool on the 10th floor. Had a great swimming experience. Sauna room available. Nice restaurant and cafe, in the building. Superb breakfast experience! Table with beach view. Wide variety, tasty, different day different menu. Easy check in, just make sure you read whether the price you pay in Traveloka is tax-included. 4-star indeed. Would be glad to stay here again.

Hospitality at its best. Thank you for great services from as early as opening the door to check out. The staff are very friendly and easy to communicate with. The room? So comfortable and spacious! Mai goodness just by looking at my pictures you sure you will love it. Opposite to the hotel there are a lot of non halal foodie but for Muslim not to worry just a walking distance to nearby stall for 5-10 minutes walk. If you wish to have more international taste buds, grab is just a click away. Next visit I'm going to try their F&B looks so scrumptious. Will definitely come again 🥳
