The hotel is OK, but one of receptionist was not good in communication, till 1,5 hours after checking out, I realized our passport left behind in receptionist desk.

To be honest I expect more. But its all covered the basic needs lah. Location is perfect. Walking distance to Komtar (bus halte if you want to wander by bus), near night food market, near laundry. But prepared 50 Ringgit for deposit and 10 for tax

Very friendly staffs, including the housekeeping staffs, especially the security guard was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is closeby to many good food and restaurants, as it is located at the Kimberley night street. Short walking distance to Chowrasta Market, Chulia night street. Definitely will stay here again on the next visit on November 2024. Thanks to all Kimberley Hotel's staffs.

Kimberley Hotel located closely with Komtar Georgetown bus terminal and Parangin shopping center. It 's very easy for us to connect others place in Malaya region and Thailand by bus, Grab and travel van. The Hotel staff very kindly. Hotel was clean and also provide restaurant.

No one pick up phone, either house keeping, receptionist and operator. Room too small, dirty. The floor dushy, even clean up everyday. Toilet uncleaned. Even told to be clean up. Toiletries is not complete, toothbrush is not given. Need to be asked. This hotel is in a good strategic location, very nice clean lobby. But not for the room. Especially they not really care on housekeeping 's quality for the cleaning up room.

Very good location. Walking distance to most tourist area within 5-10mins. Only flaw is no description that room have no window.

The room is clean, the hairdryer is available. The silent ambiance of the hotel supports the rest very well inside the room. The refill water dispenser was my favorite part of this hotel. This is my 3rd visit and I love to come back and stay here. Keep it up, Team Kimberley! Happy New Year 2024!
