I would definitely come back ! The apartment was in a great condition and clean. The price was reasonable and worth every penny! The location is strategic and you can reach your destination just by walking around town. The housekeeper was friendly and take prompt a action whenever needed. Thank you PSA!

Staff very friendly. Room kind of hard to find. Walkways kind of packed and only 1 person with luggage can use 1 at a time. Lighting in the room kind of yellowish. Loud noises of airplanes during night. Easy to find food. Affordable stay. Thnks a bunch!

Too bad, the environment not nice, very noisy, can't sleep well because the kids running upstairs every night. I think its not suitable for staying & overnight there. Sincerely not comfortable. My friend say that room before this is a store too keep old files.

Everytime I travel Kota Kinabalu I choose to stay this service apartment because it 's near to shopping mall but this time I feel abit disappointed, the room I checking is DISSATISFIED, the bed is not that clean I think or never been change the bed sheet and pillow case, because I feel itchy when I sleep on the bed and got some smell🫤and decoration noises beside my room 😵 💫 hope the management will make some improvement for my coming trip thank you.

The hostel is quite good but the floor is not in good condition and a few pieces of the floor 's tiles are damaged. Hope the management will repair as it is dangerous and might hurt our feet.
