Hotel was good but the road going in is really bad and its quite far from genting top. Only concern is the middle lights in Room is not so child friendly.

Went there for new year count down check in around 7pm and straight went up to Genting ' s for countdown while reach hotel is already 1am and find out the shower drain was blocked and call for maintenance team to wait them come repair and so only we finished shower around 2:30am, around 3am we found out that the pipe beside the toilet bowl was leaking as well the water keep leaking out and we called maintenance team again overall we this experience was bad staying a night here without any good rest in this expensive price. Won't be coming back anymore.

Request higher floor, but given lowest floor. So bad. Not fulfill out request at all. Once check in, must left deposit RM 100 & sign agreement with lots of term & condition. If left any stain on bedsheet, towel or comforter. Our deposit will be deducted for at least RM 20 & above. What a bad experience 😩

1. No prior information about the shuttle bus from hotel to Skyworld. We thought it was free, then we have to pay RM15/pax. 2. Deposit refund has not been settled for 5 days already. We have requested the deposit when we checked out, but the resepsionist told us it will be refund automatically within 3 working days. It has been a week after my trip to scapes hotel, but no refund has been made. Terrible hotel! 3. Breakfast arrangement was disaster. Not a pleasant experience and not fun at all!

Second time here after my first stay in 2022. Still well maintained. Clean room and bathroom. Ample parking space with security. Breakfast is reasonable choice.

New hotel, decent breakfast spread, a clean and nice room layout, and exceptional hospitality. The location is secluded and may be a hassle for some. For those who drive, the road leading to the hotel is laden with potholes due to ongoing construction.

The room is good, but the location is bad, in the morning until evening, its easy to get grab, but if you going back to hotel from first world mall at 9pm up, there will be no grab wants to take your order, we force to take taxi at 50ringgit cost, almost triple the price of grab because we order grab and waiting at least 1hour and no grab driver take our order. And it is far to walk to the eating place to, the location in the app is cheating on us. It is said side to side from swiss hotel but the truth is you must to walk at least 1 km far to swiss hotel. Please don't give us miss information, at least its the cheapest hotel in genting highlands but compare to transportation its the same with swiss or ion hotel, I suggest if you want to go see first world mall, better you just go in the morning and back in the evening its not worth it to spend your money by staying in the hotel that expensive plus the transportation expensive too, it double the cost.
